Amy comes from a long history in the corporate analytics space which includes product metrics, data driven product development, targeted messaging, and customer satisfaction analytics. She has experience in process development, management, and improvement as well as experience in consultative and outbound sales.
In previous roles, Amy created and managed budgets, worked with vendors, and created intake and ticketing systems across multiple work teams.
We are excited to bring her experience with project management, customer service and sales to our team. With this skill set we look forward to smooth processes and proactive organization and efficiency for our practice.
